All payments for virtual physical therapy services provided by Dr. Amr Ayad through The American Physical Therapy Clinic are final and non-refundable.

 

By completing payment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

- All services are classified as professional healthcare services and are non-refundable once payment is made.
- Prepaid packages (e.g. 5 or 10 sessions) are non-refundable in full or in part, whether sessions are used or unused.
- All sessions must be used within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as results depend on patient adherence and clinical complexity.
- In rare cases where services cannot be delivered by the provider, credit or rescheduling may be offered at the provider’s discretion.

جميع المدفوعات الخاصة بجلسات العلاج الطبيعي التي يقدمها الدكتور عمرو عياد أونلاين عن طريق الفيديو هي مدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد

بإتمام عملية الدفع، يقر العميل

ويوافق على الشروط التالية

  

 جميع الخدمات (الكشف اونلاين أو جلسات) تعتبر خدمات رعاية صحية مهنية، ولا يمكن استرداد قيمتها بعد الدفع

  
الباقات المدفوعة مسبقاً (مثل 10 جلسات) غير قابلة للاسترداد كلياً أو جزئياً، سواء تم استخدام الجلسات أو لم تُستخدم

 
 يجب استخدام جميع الجلسات خلال 60 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابياً على غير ذلك

 
 يجب إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة الجلسات قبل 24 ساعة على

الأقل من موعدها

 

الجلسات التي يتم إلغاؤها أو تفويتها دون إشعار مسبق تعتبر

مهدورة ولا تُعوّض

 
لا يتم منح استرداد في حال عدم الرضا عن النتائج، حيث تعتمد النتائج على التزام المريض وتعقيد الحالة السريرية
