The existing policy states that the initial online consultation will be scheduled within seven business days after full payment is received.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited.
Payments and prepaid packages are final and non-refundable. Sessions must generally be used within 60 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Book Your AppointmentEffective January 1, 2025. All payments for virtual physical therapy services are final and non-refundable. Prepaid packages are non-refundable in full or in part, whether used or unused. Sessions must be used within 60 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited. In rare cases where the provider cannot deliver a service, credit or rescheduling may be offered at the provider's discretion.
The existing policy also provides for a US$100 expedited consultation service fee, subject to availability.
